You can edit participant details such as name, email, and incentive amount at different stages of the process:
- Name and Email: These can be updated at any time before payment is made.
- Incentive Amount: This can be edited up until the incentive is released.
To edit Name or Email:
- Select the assignment.
- Click Edit next to the participant's details.
To edit Incentive Amount:
- Click on Incentives.
- Select Edit to update the amount.
Important: If you edit a participant's email after incentives have been released or after an invitation to confirm attendance has been sent, a new email will be automatically triggered and sent to the updated address.
