How to Customise Emails When Releasing Incentives
When releasing incentives to participants, you can customise the email they will receive. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the participant tab in your project.
- Select the participant.
- Allocate the incentive.
- Click to release the incentive.
In Step 7, you will be asked:
“Do you want to customise the email that we’ll send to the participant, informing them of their incentive?”
- If you select No, the participant will receive the default Ayda email, which includes basic information about their incentive.
- If you select Yes, you will be directed to the email builder, where you can:
- Personalise the message using merge fields.
- Insert images like your logo or other visuals.
- Edit the text to match your style and tone.
This option allows you to create a more personalised experience for your participants.
