Informed by customer feedback, this latest version includes a range of improvements designed to enhance your experience. This comprehensive guide takes you through everything you need to know to get the most out of it.
Accessing Next-Gen Ayda:
Getting started is easy. Simply log in to your Ayda account and you’ll see a prompt at the top of your dashboard inviting you to switch. Rest assured, you're in control of your experience; all your existing data remains accessible, and you can switch back to the classic version any time by clicking on the prompt message. You’ll notice that you switch back to the classic version for all existing projects.
Project Management Made Easy
One of the standout features of next-gen Ayda is the introduction of one type of "flexible" project, replacing the classic "Forecast" and "Actual" types. This innovative approach allows for greater flexibility in task order and provides better support for longer-term projects.
You now have the flexibility to modify participant details at any stage before a claim is made. Additionally, you can adjust incentives up until the moment you release them!
For an easy view of each project’s stage, there is now a ‘completeness’ bar on the projects list. The participant grid has also received an upgrade, and now displays additional details such as Last Activity.
Funding your project has never been so easy.
Funds can now be added to a project before or after uploading participant details. You have the flexibility to move funds from the company balance or add funds to a project directly using the unique project reference number.
Fees are now charged only when incentives are released, offering you full transparency and extra flexibility when managing your budget.
When uploading participant and incentive details, you have the option to leave incentives as planned, allocate them, or release them for participants to claim, ensuring full control over project finances. To understand more about project funds, click here.
Enhanced Invoicing Options
You now have the option to generate pre-paid VAT invoices on a monthly, fortnightly, or on-demand basis as needed.
Say goodbye to the hassle of creating project-specific pro forma invoices – simply click on "Add Funds" displayed on your balance to access pro forma invoices to top up your Ayda Wallet or access bank details instantly. Click here to know more about it.
Improved Settings Management
Navigating company settings in next-gen Ayda has never been simpler. Company settings are now conveniently located on the left-hand sidebar for easy access.
Individual project settings can be found on a secondary tab within each project page, allowing for efficient management of project configurations.
