What do you do if you claim an incentive to an email not associated with your PayPal account?

If the email you used to claim your incentive is not the same as your PayPal account email you can't amend the email on Ayda for verification purposes. Instead, you can update your PayPal email:
Using the PayPal Website:
Go to Settings.
Email Section:
Add: Click +, enter the email, and confirm via email.
Update: Click Update, make changes, and click Change Email.
Remove: Click Remove next to the email.
Using the PayPal App:
Profile Icon: Tap it.
Account Info > Emails:
Add: Tap + Add a new email.
Update: Tap the email, then change.
Remove: Tap the email, then Remove (set another email as primary first).
