We understand that receiving your rewards is an exciting part of your experience, and we want to ensure that the process is smooth and hassle-free.  

 

Confirming your incentive claim 

After successfully claiming your incentive, you should see a confirmation message on your screen indicating that your reward is on the way. This ensures that your claim has been registered, and the necessary steps will be taken to fulfill your incentive. 

 

Voucher claims 

If you have claimed a voucher, it will be sent to you via email. It is crucial to check the correct mailbox, including your spam and junk folders. 

If you haven't received the email within 24 hours of your claim, we recommend reaching out to our support team at support@helloayda.com. For quicker resolution, please provide the project name and the email address used for the claim in your email. 

 

UK bank, PayPal & IBAN claims 

Please double-check that you have entered the correct details during the claiming process. Once confirmed, monitor your account for the transfer. Payments are typically processed in real-time, ensuring you receive your incentive within seconds or minutes. 

However, there may be occasional delays. Here are the maximum wait times for different payment methods: 

  1. UK Bank: Up to 24 hours. 
  2. PayPal: Up to 3 working days.
  3. IBAN: Up to 4 working days. 

 

Troubleshooting tips 

If you encounter any delays or issues with receiving your incentive, here are some general troubleshooting tips: 

  1. Verify the correctness of your claim information, such as email addresses or bank account details. 
  2. Check your spam and junk folders for voucher emails. 
  3. Wait for the specified maximum times for each payment method before reaching out for assistance.
