What do I need to know about unique bank reference codes?

Your unique bank reference codes ensure that any funds transferred into Ayda will immediately be available for use.

If you forget to use one of these codes, the funds will take up to 1 business day to be available for use.

How many unique bank reference codes do I have?

At a Company level, you have one unique bank reference code for each currency you're set up to use.

You will also see that each project also has a unique reference code. If you use this code the funds will also be sent to your wallet.

How to top your wallet up using your unique bank reference code

You should always use your bank reference code when topping up your Ayda Wallet. Here's how to do it:

  1. Locate your unique bank reference code: Navigate to the Company section and select the Currencies tab.

  2. Choose the correct code: You'll see your unique bank reference codes listed by currency. Note that each currency has a different code.

  3. Use it like a pro: Enter the  code as the first 6 characters of the reference when topping up your Ayda wallet. For example, when adding funds to your GBP wallet, use the GBP bank reference code.
