Understanding Trust Scores: Enhancing Data Integrity with AydaTrust
What is a Trust Score?
AydaTrust calculates a trust score using behavioural and payment data to help ensure research integrity by identifying and filtering out unreliable participants.
How AydaTrust Uses Trust Scores
AydaTrust categorises participants into three trust levels:
Red: High fraud risk – not recommended for studies.
Amber: Needs further review before approval.
Green: No fraudulent behaviour detected.
*It's possible to receive a pending result when there isn't enough data to generate a reliable score.
The trust score is determined by payment information and a participant’s activity within the Ayda ecosystem. As more companies adopt AydaTrust, its fraud detection capabilities enhance, making the data increasingly reliable across the industry.
Why Trust Scores Matter
Trust scores help maintain high-quality research data. AydaTrust offers a smart, scalable way to assess participant trustworthiness using behavioural insights and payment verification. By preventing fraud, AydaTrust ensures research results remain accurate and reliable.
