Can I add more funds to a participant?
You can edit the incentive amount before you release it. Once the incentive has been released, it cannot be edited. If you need to pay more, you will have to create a new assignment.
Can I have the same participant twice in a project?
You can only add the same participant to a project if you use a different email address. To avoid duplicate payments, we don’t allow the same email to be added to a project more than once. If you want to pay the same participant again, create a new project or use a different email address.
How can I check my notifications?
You can check your notifications by selecting the notification icon in the left-hand menu. Important updates and information will be communicated there, so make sure to check it regularly.
I’m using the Next-Gen version. What about my projects in the Classic version?
You can still manage your projects in the Classic version. If you open a project created in the Classic version, you will be automatically redirected to the Classic interface.
