Ensuring that participant emails are delivered successfully is essential for a smooth experience. Follow these steps to monitor and resolve email delivery issues in Ayda:
How to Check Email Delivery Status
Review the Invite Status:
- Navigate to the Assignments tab in your project.
- Check the delivery status of participant emails directly from the status column.
View Detailed Information:
- In the Assignments tab, locate the participant's row.
- Click Details in the Action column to view when the email was sent and its delivery status.
Troubleshooting Failed Email Deliveries
Verify the Email Address:
- If an email fails to deliver, contact the participant to confirm their email address is accurate.
Update the Email Address:
- If corrections are needed, update the email address within the assignment. Once updated, the system will automatically send a new email to the participant.
Resend the Email:
- If the email address is correct but still undelivered, go to the Assignments tab.
- Select the specific assignment and click View.
- Under Message Status, look for a red "X" icon and click it to resend the email.
