Navigate to app.helloayda.com and click the Forgot password? link. Enter your email address.

Check your email inbox for a password reset link and click it.

On the secure page you're directed to, choose a new, strong password. For enhanced security, we recommend you create a unique password that includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Confirm the password, then click Save or Submit. Your password has been updated!
Important note: Changing or resetting your password is a quick and effective way to maintain control over your account access. A strong password is your first line of defense in safeguarding your participation data and incentive payments.
