Claiming your incentive on Ayda is a straightforward process, but it does require attention to detail. In this guide, we'll outline key considerations to keep in mind when filling in the claim form to ensure a smooth and timely processing of your incentive.

  1. Bank account name
    If you want to receive your incentive via bank transfer, it's crucial to provide accurate bank details. You can only be paid into your own bank account, and the name on your Ayda account must match your bank account name.
     
  2. Sort code and bank account numbers
    Ensure that you've supplied the correct sort code and bank account numbers.

    If you realise you've entered incorrect numbers, promptly contact support@helloayda.com for assistance.
     
  3. Date of birth
    Pay attention when entering your date of birth. Use the provided date picker or type it in the format: 2 Jan 2024. Accuracy in this field is crucial for identity verification.
     
  4. Address
    Accurate address information is essential for the successful processing of your incentive claim. When entering your address, pay particular attention to inputting the correct postcode. 
     
  5. Currency matching
    Note that the currency of incentive payments must match the currency of the bank account receiving the reward. If you've been promised an incentive in GBP (£), you need a UK bank account to receive that incentive.

 

If all the details are correctly inserted in the specified format, you'll be able to successfully claim your incentive. Upon completion, you should see a confirmation on the screen indicating that your incentive payment is on the way.
