I See A Message “There is nothing here” When I Sign In. What Should I Do?

If you encounter a message that says "There is nothing here" when signing into your Ayda account, here's what you need to do:

 

  1. Double-check you're using your registered email
    Double-check that you have used the same registered email address for your Ayda account and the project you're participating in. Mis-typing gmail.com and googlemail.com is a very common issue - please double-check if you use Google for your email.

    If you've used 2 different email addresses, then the project and your Ayda account aren't connected. 
     
  2. Confirm researcher upload
    If you've used the correct email address and still see the "There is nothing here" message, confirm whether the researcher has uploaded your information to Ayda. 

    Reach out to the researcher directly to check whether they've uploaded the information yet.
     
  3. Contact Ayda Support
    If you've verified that the email is correct and confirmed with the researcher that your details have been uploaded, yet the issue persists, it's time to contact our support team. 

    Reach out to support@helloayda.com with a detailed description of the problem, including relevant information like the email used for registration and communication with the researcher.
