How Can I Make Incentive Payments?

Once you've mastered project creation and participant assignment, you'll need to be able to make payments on Ayda. Let's dive in!
Activation to allocate funds

For Actual projects, activation automatically allocates funds.
- For Forecast projects, activate the project first. Then navigate to the Assignments tab, and select specific assignments for fund allocation by clicking Allocate at the bottom of the page.
Incentive allocation
Once funds are allocated, the incentive is within the project but not yet available for participants to claim.
Releasing incentives
To enable participants to claim incentives, click Release Incentive next to the relevant participant names. This shifts the status to Ready to Claim, and sends the participants an email with claiming instructions.
Status updates once an incentive has been claimed
After a participant successfully claims an incentive, the status changes to Paid.
For more detailed information, including the claim date and time, click Details in the Actions column.
