Welcome to Ayda! After successfully signing in using your email and password, you’ll see the Researcher Dashboard, which is the central hub for managing your research projects and related activities. Let’s explore the key elements of your dashboard.

Available balance 

This section displays the funds in your account, presented in the currencies you set up (GBP, USD, Euro). The balance reflects the financial resources needed for conducting research and paying participants. Learn how to fund your balance and projects  
 

Pending projects 

The Pending Projects section provides an overview of projects that are currently in a pending state: they’ve been created but not yet activated. To start working on a project, you'll need to activate it.  
 

Active projects 

In this section, you'll find a list of currently active projects.  
 

Failed invitations 

This section helps you track any issues with participant invitations. Any invitations that have encountered errors or problems will be listed here. It's crucial to address these issues promptly to ensure the smooth participation of your research subjects.  If you have found any failed invitations, here's what you need to do.
 

Left menu

On the left side of your dashboard, there’s a menu that provides quick access to various features in the Ayda platform. This menu serves as your navigation hub, allowing you to move between different sections of the platform seamlessly. Let`s quickly explore the options:

• Company: This is where you will find all the information about your company and other tabs, such as projects (where you can see your projects list), currencies, researchers list, and the history of your account.  
   
• Projects: Here, you can see a list of all the pending and active projects and create a project.  
   
• Assignments: Here, you can find a list of all the projects' assignments and select filters to find a specific assignment quickly.  
   
• Reports: Here, you can find all the reports that you have created and generate new ones. Learn more about reports
   
• Agreements: Here, you can manage your agreements by adding and editing. Learn more about Agreements
   
• Researchers: Here, you can find the list of active researchers added to your account and add new ones. If you need to delete a researcher, please contact support@helloayda.com.
