What is the Complete Project button for?
The Complete Project button serves two primary purposes:
- Your project will be officially closed, and you won't be able to make any changes or perform further related actions.
- Any incentives associated with cancelled assignments will be rebated to your company balance.
Please note: The incentive amount related to cancelled incentives is returned to the company balance, but the fees + VAT is not refundable, as per our T&Cs.
When should you click the Complete Project button?
You should click the Complete Project button as soon as all your tasks are done, and you’re confident that there are no more actions required on your part for this project.
Once you’re confident that everything is as it should be, go ahead and click the Complete Project button to conclude your project successfully.
